After the success of the Patong Bay Hill Project, there has been a high demand to expand this project. We’ve heard you and have thus started Phase 2 of this behemoth of a holiday resort. Phase 2 will feature 4 buildings and 199 units!

Each unit comes fully-furnished with kitchen and appliance in a modern contemporary design and will have a dedicated dining and living area, a queen sized bed and its own bathroom. You will have access to a balcony and can use the facilities pools at your liking.

With superb rental guarantee conditions

As with our other projects, the rental guarantee conditions are as good as they get with 90 years leasehold and registration tax shared 50%-50% between the buyer and the seller.

The rental guarantee condition will be 7% NET and there will be no monthly fees, no electricity and maintenance fee and no sinking fund for the first 15 years.
After 15 years, it is possible to renegotiate a new rental guarantee period.

In case you pay in full during the construction period, you will get 3.5% within 30 days from final payment and then 7% for 15 years after handover date.

Available from the 10th year, you’ll have a buy back option, counting the buy back year from the closing date.

The payment terms look as follows:

• 200,000 THB reservation deposit +10 000 THB lawyer fee
• 40% upon signing the Contract within 30 days from the date of Reservation Agreement
• 20% upon completion of infrastructure
• 20% upon building foundation completion
• 10% upon building structure completion
• 10% (minus deposit) upon handover

It is possible for the owner to use the unit 4 weeks in low season or 2 weeks in high season and 2 weeks in low season, free from the cost of electricity, water and monthly fees. The owner can however also obtain the units right during peak season upon pay compensation equal to 50% of the official rental fee.

Furthermore, a free daily shuttle service to the beach is included in the price and array of other services. Among those, you’ll get discounts on tour bookings and the Residence Restaurant and Spa.
